Great spot for families do consider it
We had some lovely moments around the pool that was just excellent for the kids. The animation team was amazing, my kids were always excited to join their activities and it was pure joy to see them having fun.
It wasn’t cheap but still within range for a family vacation.

The hotel features beautifully manicured gardens and a lovely pool that remains clean and uncrowded, even during peak season. Guests enjoy direct beach access, and the apartment's patio offers an inviting space to unwind with a beautiful ocean view.
No air conditioning after a malfunction for three days made nights uncomfortable, and the shower setup lacked practical height for average adults, making it quite inconvenient. The buffet restaurant fell short, not only in variety but also in food quality, often serving lukewarm or undercooked dishes, while the limited cleaning service meant room upkeep was sporadic. Parking can be tricky, as spots fill up quickly, leading to badly timed issues, like tires being let down.

A Relaxing Family Getaway with Great Beach Access
We had a lovely stay for 3 nights! The nearby beaches are breathtaking, and we enjoyed some memorable family time at the pool. The convenience store on-site made it easy to grab snacks. Pro tip, reserve your beach towels in advance to avoid waiting!

We just loved the pool area for kids, it was such a hit with our little ones, and having a terrace where we could relax made it feel special. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for family fun, and we enjoyed watching the live entertainment while soaking up the sun. The only downside was the food options could be a bit limited, but we found some great eats nearby. definitely pack some snacks! 🌞

We had an amazing time enjoying the calm water for swimming and snorkeling. The activities available for families, including beach volleyball, made it memorable. Plus, the beautiful white sand beach was perfect for soaking up the sun with my cousin and kids.
My kids wished there were more dining options, especially for healthier meals. The restaurant's buffet felt a bit pricey for what was offered.

Stunning location with room for improvement
The location was amazing with beautiful grounds and easy access to lovely beaches. The pool area was clean and relaxing, making it a fantastic spot for families. However, the cleaning service was lacking during our stay, and the dining options felt a bit rigid. Overall, a wonderful getaway but could benefit from better service.

The pool and beach were stunning, providing a great environment to relax. The staff were gentle and accommodating, enhancing the overall comfort. However, food options were mediocre, the absence of elevators made carrying bags challenging, and cleaning services were minimal, which was disappointing.

The grounds were beautifully maintained.
This hotel stay was absolutely dreadful. We had no cleaning service the entire week, which made things increasingly uncomfortable. The staff was inflexible about meal times, leaving us feeling unwelcome. Dinner was buffet style, and I couldn't believe we were the only Americans there. it felt isolating and frustrating.
